Lola AI
An AI technical support agent connected to a business phone system, capable of answering calls routed to a dedicated extension.
Lola talks to the user, understands the technical issue and guides them through the initial diagnostic process. When direct intervention is required, and with the user's approval, the agent can receive temporary remote-access details and continue troubleshooting directly on the user's computer.
The project is currently in development and serves as a demonstration of autonomous AI technical support that combines voice communication, diagnostics and real-world actions.
